Now you can Pay with a Credit Card or Electronic Check (ACH)
Riverside County has contracted with Heartland Payment Systems to accept Credit Cards and Electronic Check (ACH) payments! As part of our agreement, Heartland will charge the following additional per-transaction service fee:

We currently cannot accept Debit Cards for payment. Payments are accepted on Invoices only.
Please note that Riverside County does not receive any portion of the fee charged by Heartland.
This service is optional; to avoid service fees Payers may choose to:
- Pay in person at Flood Control with cash, check, or cashier's check.
- Pay by mail with check or cashier's check.
- Pay online with an electronic check (ACH).
- Pay over the phone via credit card by calling the Flood Control Cashier at (951)237-4056 (merchant fee applies).
